Advocacy
Continuum Care Center will play an important role in contributing to the recovery community though support, advocacy, and education.
We plan to provide input about legislative issues and get the community involved in taking action to improve and protect the rights of individuals and families affected by substance abuse disorder.
Employment
Whether you are you looking for a job, interested in education or training, CCC can help support you on your path to greater independence.
At CCC, we continue to build professional relationships with various employers and peers help you gain skills in interviewing, resume writing, and avenues to prepare for the position. We will also refer individuals to positions or organizations who would have positions which meet their skill sets.
Housing
Continuum Care Center helps with obtaining quality housing in the community.
Many people prefer to live in their own homes and apartments, instead of living in the types of supportive housing that are approved for by GRH. We work with you to help you find suitable or affordable housing that you qualify for.
Young Adult Recovery Support
We offer Peer Support to young adults between 18-24 who suffer from substance abuse disorders and have limited support and resources to navigate the system while trying to recover.
We provide quality services for you and your family, education, Peer Support from young people who can share their experiences with substance use disorders and recovery.
We understand that there are many barriers to housing, education and employment for individuals and thus have developed a variety of programs to assist them in achieving these goals.

Peer Support Services
Peer Support is available to individuals who are in recovery or seeking recovery. Peer Support Services are peer-to-peer services designed to promote skills for coping with and managing substance abuse symptoms as well as developing a social network from others who have been through similar experiences.
Support includes:

Recovery groups and individualized work providing information and helping individuals identify and share what works in their recovery in all recovery meetings.

Sharing experiences and creating new strategies related to individual goals.

Regaining the ability to make independent choices and taking a pro-active role in treatment and personal recovery.

Accessing new resources and enhancing natural resources to build a network for information and support.

Implementing the expansion of skills and attempt to practice those skills in the community to move forward in the recovery process while building recovery capital.

Disseminating information regarding recovery tools, educational and vocational opportunities within the community as part of the recovery process.
Peer Recovery specialist
Provide non-clinical services and work collaboratively with peers on recovery and integration into the community. We work with are peers to help them build recovery capital, create wellness and long-term recovery.
